Highly recommend. Beautiful, sleek and high-quality tea cup that I purchased as a gift. Earlier reviews complained about the packaging, but that has been remedied and the cup is securely wrapped and boxed. I'm headed back to this buyer to purchase another for myself!

This borosilicate glass teacup SHOULD BE extra-thick, break-resistant , and durable; however the internal infuser arrived broken/cracked although the packaging was fine. I now see the product description has a disclaimer that there’s a chance it will arrive broken. I don’t understand how, if real borosilicate glass should be very durable (unless this is not). I ordered a replacement through Amazon because otherwise I like the cup.

I love this tea cup. It’s grey colored glass not completely clear. I was hoping to see the pretty colors of my tea but other than that, it’s great!

I would give this mug a 5 star review. Just the mug and the wooden cap. The infuser broke before I could get it unwrapped, because of the way it was packed. Luckily, I already have a teapot, and the infuser wasn’t really necessary for my set up, but still. I’m glad the mug itself wasn’t broken, but the packing job is something that should be improved upon immediately for future buyers.

I like this a LOT. I like Earl Grey warm. I paired this with a desktop coffee mug warmer that can get up to 187F, but use it on 147F. Can put tap water in, drop bag in, and it'll be ready in like 10-15 minutes. I like that wait so it paces me, or I'll be awake for a month 😉 You can use hot water or nuke the water first. Big handle, and a nice feel. Easy to hold. The tea looks cool in the glass. It has that greenish tint like the picture. Real good sipping cup. The one bummer was one of the 2 I ordered was cracked in the top of the handle. But the company is sending me a replacement.

This as a gift for a coworker and she absolutely loved it. It’s so cute and perfect.

I was very excited to receive and use this cup. First of all, even though the description option I chose just says Borosilicate glass, this product is actually the black glass, but I was going with it. Secondly, the infuser broke the first day when I was straining my tea. I made no contact with anything I just heard a glass sound and it was broken. So not only did leaves get through, to add insult to injury I have glass in my tea and now the whole cup has to be dumped and remade in an old mug. It's too bad, I really liked this cup in theory.
