Yes4All Core Training Squat Exercise Bar, Set of 3

My mom doesn't do physical therapy anymore and was telling me that she felt weaker. We discussed what she liked to do in therapy and she mentioned these bands with a bar. I've heard zero complaints, which is as good of a compliment as one may receive. She's been using this 3 times a week and is quite happy.

With the gyms being closed, I was looking for things to help me get a better workout at home and came across this product. The weighted bar seems to be very good quality. It is comfortable to grasp, weighted evenly across the bar, and is big enough to do the exercises I want yet small enough to store out of sight and out of the way. The resistant bands add to the workout, and are easy to put on and off, though they are not individually labelled (that I could see) to know which color is how many pounds resistant. Great product for the price.

I bought this set to keep up my SUP paddle training during winter. I mounted a SUP paddle handle to one end and it has saved me from getting out of shape. The bands wear out quickly but are easily replaced with longer lasting professional grade bands when you need to. Overall a good buy.

This bar is 5lbs with multiple resistance... non of the resistance has weight to them they label with lbs but it's not weight... still a good buy for price because I'm planning to use my thinking cap to figure out getting weight on it... it did come with any damages. Would be perfect it if resistance bands had the weighted lbs on it

So I purchased the 5lb. bar with the resistance bands, and the only one that actually feels like it’s giving resistance is the 30lb band. Anything less than that feels like there’s nothing on the bar, so that sucks.
