Great product makes it easy to use, but because I use so much of it for making raw vegan cheese cakes to sell I found a tub of it for around the same price. But i think it's great for people who dont need so much all the time

Agar agar powder is very light, so the difference between 2 and 3 grams is very voluminous. That’s why I prefer this agar agar packed in small tubes 3 gr. each. It is very convenient to use. I wish I could buy it again!!!!

This is a great product. It held up nicely and it is very convenient in the tube packages. I will be reordering again and again.

My sister and her family our Muslim they don't eat pork so it was purchased chiefly for that reason. I will however be using when cooking for large crowds as there are a lot of this population that have gone vegetarian and no longer eat pork or beef. Thank you, Andrea P. Williams

You can use this product in place of conventional gelatin which is made from animal skin, cartilage, and bones. For me when making fruit pies in need of a thickening agent, vegetarian AgarAgar is great for folks who are vegan or Kosher. It is a vegetable product that produces the same result as conventional gelatin. I am delighted with the result.

I made mango dessert and followed the package instructions and it solidified perfectly. This was a great deal and I would buy again. Especially loved that it has mini packets so you know exactly how much to pore which is very important when working with Agar.

If i could do no stars i would. I do not like this product at all. We have tryed making gummies and it did not work at all. I would rather buy gummies from the store than use this stuff.

I tried Agar Agar for the first time and i love it! It came really quickly and its good for anything. Jello, pie, cookies u name it! I am so happy I found this product and definitely buy again.
