I really didn't expect this but my insomnia is less severe and my pain has been reduced by about 90%. If this is a placebo effect, it's worth every penny. My only nag is the loose fit of the connection to the plug. Bought this after reading and learning about "earthing". Thought I'd be sending it back but now I take it with me on my travels.

I have been trying this for a few weeks, putting it under my desk and use it for a few hours a day while using my computer. I don't know if it is all in the mind, but I do feel the benefits of being calmer and less stressful. The mat is well made and can be rolled up and put away. I will keep on using it and if you are into natural health, I would recommend this.

I was looking for some help for my rather ugly and deteriorating varicose veins, and read about the grounding mat and decided to give it a go, Great decision, I have found that using them daily for up to three hours my ugly blue lumpy veins have returned to a much improved state, no ugly blue lumps and the veins are much less visible, can still see them but you have to be looking for them, now, this product has been an amazing help to me and I’m so glad I tried it 👍

Nice size and easy to use. I’ve been using it mostly under my desk for my feet and sometimes while lying down. Feels well made and the long cable makes it easy to position. Noticed I sleep a bit better and feel more relaxed, but I think it’ll take more time to see full benefits. Good quality and a nice addition to a wellness routine.
