Does it work on dark circles on dark skin due to pigmentation?

This product does help to minimize darkness with regular use, results do vary by user.

Is this product used under an additional eyelid primer for eyeshadow/under eye concealer application?

I put it on then a moisturizer over that. Dont know if that's right but that's what I do.

Hi there, Amazon will sometimes ship a second item from another distribution center if they are down to the last one. Check your tracking on Amazon and if that's not the case, contact them for either a refund or re-order the product. I'm not sure if we were the vendor that sold this to you since multiple vendors sell this fine product but I am sorry this happened :( Katherine
