I found mine stabbed into the knot of a tree at a lake. I took it home and rehoned the blade and not is still my favorite knife 7 years later. So yeah, they're pretty durable

The blade is very thin. I don't have anything that would measure it. It's thinner than my Henckels and Cutco knives. Terrific chopper.

The title says SS 8in Thai Chef Knife and the price is $8.00... no, it's only the 8in Thai Chef Knife as the title says. Probably just a lazy seller, this way he doesn't have to take single pictures of all the knives and post them. With this picture he can just use one picture of them all.
