This has totally changed my life...I suffer with sciatica & other nerve pain. I struggled to walk at a general average speed. Just two days of applying this to the areas of my body which was in pain, I could walk at an average speed & even run for the bus (short distance). My mood has lifted & I'm feeling a bit more comfortable within my body & able to sleep better for longer as no pain to keep me awake or wake me up. I have discovered that you can make your own batch up at home, which I have now started to do which is just as effective, but alot cheaper. It's amazing how a bit of magnesium cam have such a life changing effect. El mejor magnesio del mercado, pero precios muy elevados en mexico comparados a los precios en EEUU por el mismo producto. Terminas pagando casi 3 veces mas de lo que pagas en el norte.
