Closest I’ve found so far to real maple syrup. The texture is exact, flavor is pretty good. You’re always going to have that slightly artificial taste when it’s sugar free but this is better than others. I hated the Lokanta- I’m not one to waste food but I poured it down the drain. This one is a much better flavor and the consistency is good. I didn’t want it to be though- $18?!?

It's a great syrup, no complaints on the flavor or consistency. Unfortunately, I discovered that I do better with sugar alcohols than allulose. It gave me incredible gastric distress. I won't be buying it again, but if you are ok with allulose, then this is the product for you.

I was looking for a syrup to make protein balls without sugar or artificial sugars. This fits the bill. It doesn't upset my stomach or mess with my blood sugar. The syrup was extremely well-packaged and arrived quickly.
