効果を感じているのでリピートしています。が、カプセルが大きい上に、変な匂いと味がして大変飲みずらいです。

如実な効果はまだ実感していませんが、気持ち的には変化がある気がしています。カプセルが大きめで、当初はあまり気にしていませんでしたが、熱めの白湯で飲んだところカプセルが溶けかけて喉に引っかかりました。呼吸に支障はなかったので大事にはなりませんでしたが、絶対常温以下の水で服用することをオススメします。

口に含んですぐは、そこまでだけど 飲み込む瞬間、臭さのあまり嗚咽が出る…; 他にそういうレビューがないってことは、ハズレを引いてるだけかなぁ… カプセルタイプのじゃないものにしようと思う。
