Its really sturdy

I have other ladders but just needed something simple to work at ceiling level when I need to change a bulb or smoke alarm battery, etc. Getting to the point where I don't like the instability of standing on a chair. Just got this. I'm a big guy and this seems very sturdy. It was a little more expensive than similar ladders but is supposed to hold 500 lbs. I'm not nearly that heavy but the extra capacity makes for a very solid-feeling ladder. I don't feel any flex or creaking, though it does make a bit of a clunk when you step on the first step and it locks in place. It also has a nice rubber pad on the part you carry it by or might lean against and it folds very easy.

Sturdy. Fully Assembled. I opened the box. Already have chores done in less than 10 minutes. lightweight enough for maneuverability. heavy enough for stability. Nice open steps that are easy to use. Great height. Best step ladder I have ever used.
