Kick-Out Grip for MagSafe, Adjustable Kickstand for Portrait or Landscape, Magnetic Stand, Black - Black

Has three uses for me, popsocket grip, stand horizontal and vertical and when the stand part comes out it can be held comfortably that way too. It is made for MagSafe devices so it doesn’t come with a sticker to peel off like other pop sockets. It comes with a MagSafe magnet to put inside or outside your case but it wasn’t strong enough for what I’m using it for. So I just super glued it onto my case. Using it for my phone sized ereader. It’s cute, aesthetically sleek and feels very sturdy, the hinges are strong too.

I had the original MagSafe pop socket prior to this and loved it until I got this new kick-out one!! It gives more stability when using it as a stand than the original pop socket in both horizontal and vertical positions. Size and comfort are still that of the original pop socket as is the ease of swapping the pop tops. The magnetic grip is just as strong as the original as well and easy to grip on my case. I like that they have a few base colors but would love to see more colorful designs in the future!

I sometimes noticed that a normal pop socket would not be able to let my phone rest at an angle for viewing when I found the kick-out version. Being able to fold out the grip to act as a stand for my phone is perfect! It is extremely secure when its folded and takes a bit of effort to fold out the stand so that it will not open up unexpectedly.

I've been looking for the right phone grip for my s24 ultra (it's so heavy) to fit the following criteria: magsafe with wireless charging or easy to remove, comfortable grip, adjustable phone stand for both portrait and landscape with a large range of motion for various angulations. This met all of my criteria, and I loved that it had the flip out design for the kick stand. The traditional pop socket, and honestly a lot of the ring holders, are only able to support landscape standing and the ones that were more adjustable were way too bulky for me. This stand seems to have a good amount of tension so far in the hinge to support multiple viewing angles. The only con I should note is that I'm a bit concerned about the durability of the pop socket component. After using it for a few weeks I can definitely tell that the connection of the grip to the base has loosened significantly, although it still works. Because the entire product sits fairly flush to the back of the phone, there isn't a good spot to hold onto to remove it so that you can wirelessly charge. While the magnet is strong (which is a pro), the natural way to remove it is by the extendable pop socket. However, because of the force needed to pull it off, I think that may be weakening the connection far more quickly than through just regular use. While I know this has often been a recurring issue for similar pop socket designs as the primary failure point, I would be disappointed if it were to break off after only a few months use due to the price point. Will see how it continues to hold up! I've switched to prying the grip off from the side and trying to minimize how much tension I put on the extendable pop socket to try and reduce wear, but this is definitely more cumbersome in daily use.

I love using this kickstand with my iPhone. It is durable and the magnet stays on. I do wish they sold a better variety of colors but the functionality of this product is excellent and does exactly what I needed it to do.

Bought this as a gift, and I was able to observe it as I set it up for the person I got this for. I have to say that I may end up getting it for myself. This feels exactly the same as a traditional popsocket, and the advantage of this popsocket is that you can take it off the magnet and easily charge it on a wireless charging pad or magsafe. If you have multiple covers, you can also easily transition and stick it to that (you would need the magnet for it to stick to however). The quality seems sound and as durable as the original popsocket. I like to spin my phone with my current popsocket, if I get this, I may do it a little bit less, but it seemed pretty sturdy. The whole purpose of a popsocket for me is so that it is easier to hold my phone, and that is what this does.

This product is not worth $40. I have always liked pop sockets and have used them consistently so imagine my joy to find out there is one with a kickstand. My frustration starts with it appearing to be metal in the photos but only the top part of the pop is and the rest is plastic. The stand is great except every time I pull the pop out the stand pops open too. I wish it clicked into place. Otherwise it works like a pop socket and it’s good for the most part but definitely not worth the price.

I got this PopSocket MagSafe kick-out grip because I really wanted to be able to MagSafe charge my phone and still have a PopSocket to hold onto. I was honestly surprised by how well this works. I’ve used the O-Snap grip from another brand before and while it’s super thin and also MagSafe compatible, it’s just not as comfortable to hold. This one actually feels like a real PopSocket, way more comfortable and easier to grip. It feels really sturdy and secure, and I use it every single day. The only small downside is that when my phone is MagSafe charging and I pull my phone off, the PopSocket will sometimes stay stuck to the charger and I have to manually take it off. Not a deal breaker, just something to note. Other than that, I really like it and would definitely recommend it if you want MagSafe charging without giving up a PopSocket.

Perfecto pero caro. Era justo lo que me faltaba al popsocket, pero sí es cierto que partía ya de un precio elevado. Para mí ha valido la pena pero es cierto que seguramente no lo hará para todo el mundo. Si estás acostumbrado/a al popsocket y lo único que te falta es poder usarlo en vertical, esto es para tí.
