will this get a wheel stud lock off?

I can say in most cases yes. I would assume you are asking for a wheel bolt/stud that is stripped. Some of the wheel bolts have a cheap aluminum cover on them. The real stud is underneath. So make sure you know which one your working with. These have very sharp teeth so they might break the cheap cover which is ok. But then you will down to the real bolt. But either way you will be good to go. You may have to hammer these bolt removers on to get a good grip. Once it is on it has a great lock on it. Just be prepared to replace the wheel stud and have it read before you start your project.

what size ratchet or wrench will fit over the hex ends of these extractor? especially the one for 10, 12 &14mm extractor? please measure and lmk. tyia

1/4 and 3/8 ratchet. They are different sizes depending on the one you use

Once you've broken the head off, you're down to the threaded portion of the screw, which is smaller in diameter. You can remove it if you can screw two nuts onto the bolt and lock them together, then unscrew it. You can also simply unthread the remainder of the screw or bolt with a pair of pliers, then replace it; should be easy to do.
