ボードゲームの会で教えていただいて、面白かったので。ボードゲーム初心者の私には他の人に説明するのは少し難しいので、今少しづつ勉強しています。間違えて、日本語版じゃないほうを買ってしまいましたが、あまり関係なさそうなので良かったです。箱は思ったより小さかったですが、持ち歩くのには少し大きいかと思います。

An excellent social deduction classic, still fun even after being around for over a decade! Cards are printed on sturdy material and the box is compact but still provides more than enough room for all the tokens needed for the game. Make sure you buy from legitimate sources, watch out for counterfeits!

Attention c'est une version anglaise mais il n'y a pas besoin de lire de texte dans ce jeu ;) Ce jeu est vraiment bien en soirée. Il s'apprend en quelques minutes et c'est un type de jeu social comme loup garou. En gros il s'agit d'un jeu de discutions, de manipulation et de mensonge. Personne ne sait qui est qui et il faut mentir quand on joue les méchants, certains personnages ont des pouvoirs spécifiques. Typiquement le genre de jeu qui déclenche pas mal de réaction chez les joueurs et fait bien marrer. Les parties ne sont pas très longues. Parfait pour une soirée entre amis.

This is a great game that really makes you think. It’s perfect for groups and creates lots of fun interaction. The box is a convenient size, making it easy to transport, and the rules are simple to understand. Games are quick, engaging, and very fun.

"The Resistance: Avalon" ist für mich eine der Überraschungen der letzten Jahre. Das Spiel schlägt für mich jede "Werwolf", oder "Mafia"-Version, die ich kenne. Größter Vorteil: es gibt keine Spieler-Elimination. Alle Spieler bleiben im Spiel bis zum Ende. Unterschied zu Resistance ist, dass es in dieser Box bereits alle Erweiterungen dazu gibt. Im Grundspiel ist schon eine implementiert: die Suche des Assassinen nach Merlin gibt dem Spiel einen sehr interessanten Dreh. Für größere Gruppen (bis zehn Spieler) DAS Spiel, sofern man wildes Geschrei am Tisch aushalten kann ;) Da das Spiel zur Zeit nicht mehr verlegt wird sollte man also sofort zugreifen!
