A good starter retinol. I didn’t experience irritation, although I introduced it gradually as recommended in the instructions. The only downside is that the product doesn’t state the retinol concentration, which would have been helpful. That said, it does work, just after a few weeks my skin feels smoother and looks more glowing.

It came to me with a next day expiry date and with a weird bad smell!!!!

At full price there are more cost effective alternatives but when discounted enough you can be sure Neutrogena will deliver a good result. Results are good when used overnight and complemented with a moisturiser to lock it in. Skin feels soft and wrinkles reduced. One negative is a little oily when applying. Use sparingly so cost effective or the product can take a little time to absorb. 8/10 when discounted price. 6/10 when full price because other brands offer same results cheaper.
