This Valvoline CVT works great in every car I've used it in that requires the CVT fluid. This CVT fluid is hard to find sometimes and when you do find it, it's kind of expensive. Thanks to Amazon I was able to get the quantity I needed but also for a good deal as well.

Cheaper than Walmart buying individual quarts. Made my Ford 500 feel much more responsive for the moment. Time will tell if I have a winter issue. I bought 3 gallons and first replaced the high pressure filter on the side behind the transmission mount on the drivers side wheel well... then I let almost 6.5 quarts drain out overnight. I then refilled and drive for two days and drained CVT oil once again and you could see it was long enough to mix with the remaining oil as it was still dirty... I then refilled and it’s shifting /engaging much crisper. Worth every penny so far.

Bought this to flush and change CVT fluid in my wife's 2015 Subaru Forreser. Even though there were just ~60K miles on the factory fluid we were noticing that the transmission was getting really wonky. The car has always had a problem with surging especially when cold but it had been getting worse. Paid a mechanic to do a full flush of the transmission fluid with this and it made an immediate and noticeable improvement in the transmission performance, the surging is now almost completely gone. Highly recommended for anyone with a wonky CVT.
