is this a suitable throwing weapon? if i practice throwing at a tree how long will this thing hold up?

the blade seems strong BUT here's the problem. Because it does not have a full tang, after only a few throws (hits and misses), the blade head loosens slightly from the handle and will in time become even more loose. The weakness is the ax head held in place by a band of sheet metal near the top of the handle. The band is not strong enough to endure the throws, eventually bending/ crimping at the point of contact with the " metal wings " that stabilizes the ax blade to the handle. This loosening will get worse and there is no fix to this problem.
