Can you use these on carpet? I need domething a little bit slidy so I dont hurt my poor old knees dancing at home. Thank you.

I understand that these are for both men and women. My usual shoe size is 11 wide. I ordered 12. I hope these will be wide enough.

I found then true to size, they are narrow so 12 may be OK. I can only speak as I find
