Fresh and perfect
I have a 60 year old family recipe that calls for a 1/4 cup for the gravy mixture. When I was in Ontario, could not find it anywhere. I would have to stock up when I visited the States. Moved back to the States, it was in every store, spice aisle. After Covid, disappeared again. So now I ordered it . Amazon. McCormick's is the only brand for freshness and taste. Family members have the recipe in other states. They have difficulty finding it, so I ordered some for them too

Great flavor
Can’t find celery flakes in my grocery store. I order these and am very satisfied. I wish I could find them in larger size. Great seasoning for soup, chili and lots of other dishes. They are easy to use, smell fresh and the texture is chopped fine enough but not too small.

No more dead celery in the fridge!
I don’t like celery, let’s just get that out of the way. BUT chicken or tuna salad just doesn’t work for me without it so I would either but the cheapest bunch of celery I could find, use two stalks for a large batch of salad and relegate the rest to die a slow death in the fridge or buy an 8 oz container of pre chopped celery for twice the price of a whole bunch so I didn’t have to feel guilty for wasting. I tried freeze dried celery because it would be shelf stable and I could have it on hand but there wasn’t that much celery flavor and it needed to be rehydrated first if the salad was to be consumed right away, Then this product popped up in a search for alternatives and I decided to try it. I’m sold. It has the celery flavor I was looking for, better pricing and no more dead celery leftovers in the fridge. I’ll be buying this again.

Wow! Celery flakes!
I just really surprised when I saw celery flakes. You can get celery seeds and celery salt but I never saw celery flakes until I seen it on Amazon. I like it. It goes great in stews, on roasts, in egg salad or deviled eggs. It's good for just about anything. Check it out I think you'll like it!

Great Celery Flavor
I love adding celery flavor but hate adding the stringiness of regular celery. This product hits the mark.
