I absolutely love this powder. I make mine with 250mls of almond milk (can’t drink cows milk 🤢) and it is a lovely consistency and without any lumps (shake well) I’ve never been good at having food before at least mid day but started a new eating plan and exercise so my son told me to try have a shake in the mornings to help with energy and my terrible protein in take, I’m on my 4th packet of this now and it’s making a massive difference to me I have this every morning now when I get up around 5.30 and it keeps me full and with more energy till 12 lunch break if I’m having a particularly busy day I have another one around 3.30 to keep me going till supper or if I’ve been on a 10k walk then I have one when I get back, this fits perfectly into my day and I definitely feel better and have more energy which I think is down to the fact this helps me start my day. I have also tried the salted caramel flavour and I really enjoy that one too, I’ve now put this on a subscribe order for the big size the value is brilliant.

Really tasty and perfect for an on the go snack/drink to up the protein! I’m usually fussy with protein shakes but this one I find is really nice and not metallic and doesn’t clump up

So i have been trying to find a suitable protein powder for a while and have tried several. But most have had a very artificial and chemical taste, some have been gritty, some far too sweet. Also a lot of them have too many carbs and sugar. I finally came across this Applied Nutrition diet protein powder and the macros looked amazing. Much higher protein per serving than any other i’d tried and very low carbs and sugar. Exactly what i was looking for so decided to take the plunge (again) and try it. Firstly I ordered 2 bags, the chocolate and vanilla ice cream, and to my surprise they arrived with several sample packets. Not expected at all so thank you very much to the supplier. I immediately tried one of my free samples, a vegan protein bar. Oh my it was lovely - the base was like rocky road (chocolate and biscuit), with a thick layer of an orange flavoured thick cream. This was topped with a really thick layer of dark chocolate. This has been the first protein bar i’ve ever eaten that didn’t taste like a protein bar! (Again most have a chemical taste and a typical protein bar taste). Yes it was a little dry and was quite hard but it tasted lovely. Then today i have tried the vanilla protein powder and also one of the samples - a strawberry milkshake flavoured protein powder. Both were lovely, no chemical taste whatsoever. And i even made them with water, which i’ve never been able to do before (have always needed soya or almond milk). I am so happy that I’ve finally found a protein powder that i like and it’s a bonus that the macros ate great. I am a definite new convert 😀 (No i’m not affiliated to AN at all, no I wasn’t sent them to review etc. I’m a normal women that has been searching for a palatable and suitable protein powder and have finally found it)

I have tried protein shakes in the past but found them quite sickly. I thought i would try this one as vanilla ice cream seemed a good choice. I wanted high protein. 20g per scoop , - one serving is great. I tried the first serving with maximum suggested amount of water 300ml. I thought it tasted it bit like dish water🙄...so I tried reducing the water to the lowest suggested amount 150ml which tasted much better. I wouldn't describe it as delicious though🤣 However the fact that it delivers 20g of protein 101 calories & less than 1g of sugar its a thumbs up by me! Designed as a protein supplement rather than a complete meal replacement. It does contain artificial sweeteners. Not gluten free Easy to prepare. Mixes in seconds. Powder dissolves completely no clumps. No strong obvious smell. Good value for 18 servings. I think i may try mixing in with other ingredients to make it more enjoyable. That's just my opinion of course😊. I will be buying more x

Easy to use, a good adjunct for my diet as I have trouble with eating enough protein and putting some in a cup of quality hot chocolate (especially pure cacao) gives the drink a creamy quality with the “claginess”. Wonderful

A great product, easy on the stomach and it tastes lovely

Not the best tasting or smelling, but it's great for putting in coffee - and 20g of protein for 101 calories is pretty good. Price is decent at times but it does fluctuate a lot (£9 - £13), so I often have to shop around for other products when the price is high.

Love the taste. It goes well with my pancakes and protein shakes.

This protein was on sale, and I was hesitant but it has a nice taste (not chalky like some protein powders) and it mixes well in yogurt and smoothies etc.

Great mixed just with water or with milk as well
