なんか美味しい塩だなあって嬉しくなります。 イチジクにかけたり、クッキーの上に乗せて焼いたりしてます。

食卓に常備しておいて、生野菜や天ぷらを食べる時なんかに使ってます。ちょっと味が足りなかった時にも便利。調味料が美味しいと食材も美味しくなるので少し高くても買っています。 白米や雑穀米や玄米にかけても美味しいです。

なににかけても美味い。個人的にはポテトフライ最高。

まろやかで美味しい塩。 お土産でもらってから何年も買い続けています。成城で買えて助かります。

置いていても垂れる事が無く大変使いやすい

インパクト大で、非常に良かったです!某有名人が利用しているのはあとから知りましたが、なぜピラミッド型になるのか？誰か解説してほしいが、神秘的ですね。 貴重なのでわざわざ持ち歩いていたが、うっかり使い忘れるので、日常の焼き魚、蒸し鶏、ロースの下ごしらえにも使っています。
