I’m confused at the reviews. Maybe mine doesn’t work. All it does is roll around the two spots. They don’t move up or down or anywhere. You have to move your entire self to target a new area. Cord isn't long enough.

Very good and useful! Strong for its size, good heat level. Works well on both back and neck - best for lower back, great while working on the computer.

Love this back massager. It works right out of the box and the controls are easy to use. We really like the strong massaging. It is also nice that it’s not too big and easily portable. We liked it so much we bought another one for a family member too. Definitely recommend.

I was really looking forward to using this pillow, but unfortunately it’s very uncomfortable. The massage is nice and strong, and the heat is adequate. However, the fact that the top portion is thin is extremely uncomfortable. The shape of this thing doesn’t work for me. The only way I can use this pillow is if I’m sitting completely straight without leaning back into the chair. This is very awkward and hurts my back even more. Too bad. I will have to return this and try and find one with uniform thickness. Bummer.

SHIATSU NECK BACK MASSAGER This is an excellent massager, especially for the back. I appreciate how small and compact it is, making it easy to take with me wherever I go. It delivers a deep, targeted massage and does a great job pinpointing tight or sore areas. I occasionally use it with the removable flap, which provides a softer, more comfortable massage. I love the heat feature which adds extra relief for tight and painful muscles. With different positioning, it can be used on the back, legs, arms, and glutes, making it very versatile. My only drawback is that it doesn’t work well on my neck. The roller balls are spaced too far apart and don’t make contact with my neck. Interestingly, my son has no issue with this and absolutely loves the overall massage, including the neck massage feature. I’m 5’5” and 120 lbs, so it may simply be that my neck is too small for this particular design. Overall, it’s a great massager, especially for larger muscle groups.

It's warm and a good massager Oh my gosh, this warm nice Massager is the best! It's like having a warm hug all over my body, so relaxing. I can't believe how good it feels, it's just perfect for those tense days. Seriously, if you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. Trust me, it's worth every penny!
