Damaged product, light not glowing

It is working fine but the GGICO is not on this, so not sure whether they have given the same company. Unable to upload video due to error. Lookwise it is perfectly fine but overpriced with 6 months warranty I felt.

looks exactly as in image, im happy eoth thr buy except that the usb port is faulty and badly located so I can only run it with batteries, which is irritating

The product is good as decorative item. I returned the same as it is too small for the place where I will fit.

Absolute class! It works with batteries and with a USB wire and is extremely light-weight. Doesn't come with the charger so you'll have to buy that yourself. But the flames look very and the faux wood inside at the bottom look very realistic. Very happy with this purchase and will be using it for a Halloween party.
