How often should i use brick 1 and brick 4 to clean and maintain my leather? monthly?

depends on item and use - I use on my shoes twice / season, my auto seats every 4 months . an item I have to use harsh disifectant cleaner on multiple times per day I use a small amount daily at the end os the day

A small couch, maybe. I cleaned 3 jackets & 1 small backpack. Very good cleaner.

Will this work on a musty leather handbag? No stains involved just doesn't smell clean

Can these be used on dress shoes? for example allen edmonds strand or better.

思っているより汚れは落ちないかも

革ブルゾンのクリーニングに使用しました。液状で塗りやすく革の吸収性も有りますが期待したほどの汚れは落ちませんでした。クリーニング後の革の状態は締まっていていてツルツルになりますが保湿性は無いようです。又使用方法の説明が日本語での説明が無いのは残念で国産製品の方が落ちるかも知れません。
