This pillow stopped my neck pain. I get nerve pain in my neck if I don't have neck support when I sleep. I tried several different kinds. This one is the best I've tried.Pros:1. It's firm, but not stiff or hard.2. I sleep on my side and my back. It works for me in both positions.3. It's a solid foam block, not shredded foam or stuffing.4. It has ventilation holes and a zippered cover. I put a pillowcase over the cover.5. It forms around my neck, and I don't wake up with nerve pain anymore.Cons:1. Because it's memory foam, during the course of the night it does begin to lose a bit of firmness due to body heat. I just flip it over when that happens and no problem. But it could be a consideration for some.2. I have to replace mine once a year. It loses some of its magic over time.3. If you like to scrunch up a pillow, this one is not for you. It stays completely stable.I LOVE this pillow and gladly buy a new one yearly.

I have been on a search for the perfect pillow for years! I've tried at least 2 types of shredded memory foam filled pillows, won't go flat pillows, down alternative, store brand pillows, name brand pillows, inexpensive and pricier options. Everything was wrong for me, for one reason or another. I was honestly a bit skeptical because I always thought a solid memory foam pillow would be too firm and/or solid for me. This pillow sat in my cart for a couple weeks before I decided to give it a shot and I'm kicking myself for not buying it sooner! While it is on the firmer side, it nearly instantly molds to the shape of your head and neck, providing amazingly comfortable support. The height of the pillow is perfect for my body shape, it cradles my head without feeling too flat or too raised. I sleep in all positions throughout the night - back, side and stomach. I will say the pillow is not at all comfortable when laying on my stomach however is perfect for sleeping on my back and/or side. I'm so very glad I took a chance on this pillow! It seems to be good quality, so i hope it lasts a long time!

If your looking for a superb side sleeper pillow look no further, this is the type of pillow for you.At 23 one thing nobody ever told me was how much a pillow could effect your sleep. All my life I've slept on soft cotton or down pillows because that's what my family has always used. I've gone from bed to bed thinking that that would help my back and neck pain, and don't get me wrong, they did partially; Except nothing has ever made me have as good of a sleep or wake up with zero back/neck pain like this pillow.This pillow has single handedly turned me into a foam pillow person and I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to regular pillows.For people asking about the feel of this pillow, it IS firmer than a normal pillow, however I don't think I'd consider it a hard pillow. Because it's foam it contorts to hold your head while still giving enough support to help make sure your spine is aligned down your back. I'd put it at a 6/10 on the firmness scale.I have it in a bamboo pillowcase and it honestly feels heavenly to point where I can't wait to sleep tonight.I will update this review in a few months to talk about how this pillow has held up over time!UPDATE!!As it's been a few months I decided it was time for an update!I have taken down a star, and while I do still consider this my favorite side sleeper pillow I will say the longer you sleep on it the softer it gets(rejoice side sleepers who prefer softer foam!!).Personally I much preferred it's more solid foam quality from when I first got it and the softer it gets the quicker my head sinks down uncomfortably into the pillow. It no longer contorts as well and causes my head to sink in to where some morning my neck is somewhat stiff when I wake up. Also, want to switch up and sleep on your back? Be ready for the most god awful headache in the morning, want to sleep on you stomach? Get ready for crick in the neck although I did like the way it was firm enough that I was not basically suffocating my self in my pillow overnight.This foam pillow is very much in the side sleeper category and as such this is NOT a versatile pillow. Beware combo sleepers. Other than that though this pillow is still heaven for I still have not had to deal with back aches since buying it. I'd still rate it fairly high for people who only side sleep.
