mixes well. tastes a lot lighter than the other two salt/hydration brands i've tried, but also a lot less expensive. i like the grapefruit version best, which is why i got the larger box after i got the variety pack. i use 30oz of water for my hydration powders. i could probably get away with using this in a 16oz bottle of water, where the other brands would be have to be halfed if you didnt want to risk scalding your taste buds off due to too much flavor.

For years my family used Liquid IV brand electrolyte drink mix because it worked and was delicious. Upon trying Venture Pal Electrolyte mix we were immediately blown away with better taste, more sodium, magnesium and potassium making them work noticeably better for staying hydrated! Plus they are half the cost of Liquid IV! I'm so impressed with how well these work I've been handing out packs to co-workers to get their opinions and they too find Venture Pal Electrolyte mix to be the absolute best. I highly recommend for anyone who wants great taste a variety of flavors and an electrolyte mix that really works for literally half the cost of other products that don't work as well.

I was recently diagnosed with POTS and have been figuring out ways to increase my salt intake to manage my symptoms. I have tried various electrolyte mixes, from well known brands to lesser known, and these are by far my favorite. There's no added sugar, while many companies add stevia, the sodium content is far above a lot of other options, and they are actually affordable considering how much salt intake I need. These taste deliciously salty, but with good flavor, while others I have tried tasted overly sweet, like they attempted to cover the saltiness. Compared to drinking water straight from the tap, I also actually feel like I'm being hydrated when I drink these. I ran out for a few days and noticed a severe drop in energy and increase in fatigue, so I can say with certainty that they really do help manage my POTS symptoms. While I am making my own electrolyte powder now, these are a staple and I will always have a few in my purse and car, as they are super convenient and easy to take when I start to feel shaky.

Recently diagnosed POTS patient. This product is amazing. You dump it into a 16 oz to 32 oz water. It has a thousand mg of sodium in it which is desperately needed for someone like me. I have been drinking these for about a month now. I have three of them a day. I have the orange flavor. It kind of tastes like a watered down Tang. I love it! I have no complaints and the price is amazing compared to the other products compared to this.

Love love this item and flavor ! Hint of flavor and yes substitution of sugar to be sugar free. But unlike lmnt I don't feel like I'm drinking from a straight salt shaker. Will buy and support again and again
