I appreciate the compact, recyclable packaging, but the overall performance just doesn’t measure up. Review: I really do love this detergent. I’ve used unscented natural laundry soaps for years because almost anything with fragrance irritates my skin or breaks me out. I recently moved in with my boyfriend though, and the unscented stuff was not fully handling… boyfriend stank 😂 so I tried Dirty Labs. I bought a small bottle first and loved it. It smells fresh, cleans well, and somehow doesn’t bother my skin, which is rare for me. Honestly it’s one of the only scented detergents I’ve used that I’d buy again. (And yes, for my boyfriend’s extra ripe armpit shirts I still sometimes pre-scrub with dish soap lol.) I debated reordering because it is expensive and I wasn’t sure I was getting a ton for the money, but I liked it enough to splurge on the big bottle. That’s where I was bummed. It showed up dented and had leaked all over, which was frustrating considering the price. And I do think the bottle design is part of the issue — the lid doesn’t seem to screw on tightly and it leaks easily. If you’re charging premium prices, the packaging should be better. I still love the actual detergent and will probably keep buying it, but the bottle needs help. Amazing product, annoying packaging.

We’ve been using this laundry soap religiously for a couple years now! My husband does construction so his clothes are always really dirty. This does an amazing job getting out any odors and is a great low waste option too!

love the detergent. Cleans well and leaves a nice subtle scent. I bought the quart size and it didn't have the silicone measuring cup included in the box.

This scent in particular is subtle and not cloying. I HATE fragrance in general.
