燃焼凄いです。飲んで運動すると、有酸素系じゃない運動でもしっかり汗かきます。 一粒が大きいのが難。ピルカッターで割って飲んだら角が喉にひっかかって痛いので、結局そのままのんでますが。 小さくしてふた粒飲む様にしてくれたら星もう一つつくのに。

プレビューは粒が大きくて飲みづらいと結構書かれていますが、意外と苦味がなく、ちょう酸っぱいです。私は飴ちゃんの感じで舐めています！ 効果はまだ感じないです。飲んだ後若干お腹がパンパンになる気がしますが、気のせいかもしれないです。

ダイエットのために購入しました。 朝、晩に1粒ずつ飲んでいます。 劇的な変化はありませんが、毎日少しずつ減量できています。 粒がかなり大きめで、そのままで飲んだら喉につっかえてしまい飲み込むのに苦労しました。 なので、口に水を含み、少し噛み砕いてから飲むようにしている。 酸っぱいですが、そんなに気になるほどではありません。 値段も安いし、含有量も多いのでなくなったらリピートします。

他のレビューでも書かれていましたが、ちょっと粒が多くて飲みにくいかも...。あとほんと酸っぱいです。 継続的に運動しているので、筋肉サポート目的で購入しました。身体的にすごく効果が感じられる！！！ってわけではありませんが、体脂肪率等少しずつ変動が感じられます(個人差があると思います)。
