Love these....so easy to use in the trays. Comfortable to keep on and get off teeth. Much better than white strips. Definitely whitens teeth and doesn't cause any sensitivity.

The process takes a bit longer than claimed. Took me two packs and my teeth were only slightly yellowed from smoking. But the convenience is SO worth it over those obnoxious ones that don't fit and leave you drooling everywhere.
