These do smell, but I personally never had a problem taking them, and now that I'm out of my first trimester, I don't really notice the smell anymore. I have no doubt that it's much worse for some women experiencing morning sickness. There were many smells that bothered me a lot during that time, but even though I definitely noticed and did not like the smell of these pills, it did not bother me enough to cause any kind of gag reflex (and it felt like everything was causing a gag reflex at that time). So, the smell is definitely something to keep in mind, but I still highly recommend that you try these pills, especially if you're like me, and your body has trouble absorbing nutrients. You might be like me and find that the smell doesn't bother you all that much. Or even if you do buy it and find that you can't handle it during some parts of pregnancy, you might be able come back to it after the morning sickness has (hopefully) passed.
