Once I loaded the suitcase with stuff, the wheels stopped moving freely. To make it even worse, the front pouch zipper broke. Both of these happened even before my first use. Very disappointed with the product. Pls don’t buy this.

Trolley was locked. Tried but not opened. Even no support document for this. Look wise fine. Immediately return as no support received.

The bag i received is good however, the handle of the bag and metallic parts are severely rusted and the bag seems to be not in good condition.

High quality and stylish. Durable, suitcase easily held a weeks worth of casual clothes. The tote bag has a zipper bottom that extends its capacity. I took 3 pairs of shoes, the dop kit with toiletries and medicines, and had extra room. The bag fits nicely on the suitcase extended handle for easy guiding through the airport. It also slid under the seat in front of me while the suitcase easily rode in the overhead bin. Excellent value, high quality and great functionality,

I recieved this luggage 3 days ago. The luggages are beautiful so I bought a cover to use with it when I do travel with it to prevent it getting too many scratches from rough airline travels. Well what do you know. I took it out of the box and immediately I noticed scratches on the luggages already. All 3 of them have scratches. It makes me wonder that if it only took putting it inside of the box and shipping for it to have dings and scatches on it how would it stand up to travel. I know that long term that scratches and dings are inevitable, however, when I buy an item brand new out of a box I kind of want it to be flawless. This is so disappointing because I have had a different Coolife carry-on luggage that has served me well so I thought why not get a whole set. The pictures were I took were only on one of the set and I only took 2 pictures. All 3 had scratches and dings. It would take too many pictures to show all of the imperfections. UPDATE: After leaving a review the coolife team reached out to me. Even though the luggage came imperfect I have to add stars to their customer service. They go above and beyond to make aure that you are happy with your purchase. All in all, I would recommend using a luggage protector to protect your luggage to be able to use it long term. The luggages itself are lightweight and I have started packing in it and it holds so much. The zipper pockets on the inside also offers organizations. The wheels itself are quiet as well.

This was my first time buying any type of luggage and it did not disappoint. The pieces are light weight and can hold a lot. I thought I was over the weight limit and came in half under the limit. I purchased the orange and the color was vibrant. I received a lot of compliments and requests for the link to buy it. I used the carry on and middle size luggage for a week long trip to Brazil. The checked bag had a couple scuffs, but that’s to be expected when traveling. NO DENTS OR CRACKS going to Brazil or back home!! I’m beyond happy with this purchase.

Bought this on a discount, but so far its made travelling around feel more confident. Has everything you'd need for travel. 3 suitcases size, smallest is capable for most carry on I believe, a nice bag that can connect to the suitcase handle with multiple storage departments, and a toiletry bag. Overall feels like its good quality and hasn't shown any damage from being thrown onto airplanes, etc. Highly recommend to buy when ever it's on sale.
