I needed some help with dryness.

First of all, not all omega 3 needs to come from fish oil,, but emu are not particularly abundant.. Second of all, Emu oil is high in Omega 3,6, and 9 but, we tend not to need supplements for Omega 6 (which is too high in the diet) or 9 which is in olive oil. The monounsaturated fatty acid, oleic acid is the major fatty acid found in Emu Oil. But I do not believe that emu oil is only about the Omega oils. My experience with emu oil is primarily topical and I find it quite effective especially since I can target it to the affected part of the body.I have ecological issues with using Emu oil as an essential fatty acid source. I prefer to use it topically. If you want an extraordinary EFA source, I suggest a fermented fish oil such as  Blue Ice Fermented Skate Liver Oil 120 Caps (Package may vary)  . Or eat a fatty fish like herring a few times a week, including the skin.

I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN.....I have noticed a difference in more then my skin. since taking this daily (one pill) i have noticed that I am not bloated, constipated, or sluggish. i dont know what exactly it does, but i know i feel -dare i say- lighter which makes me more energetic.

This is a 45-day supply since they ask you to take 2 pills per day.Some people complain about the smell.If the company put perfume or artificial flavors in there, they would complain about that.Emu oil doesn't smell good.You don't buy it like you buy chocolate.You buy it to get the health benefits, not for the pleasure of the pill.Let's grow up, reviewers!

I got these because ingesting emu oil is supposed to help with joint health. Now I understand an emu is a barnyard animal, but that is what you smell when you open the bottle. It wasn't rank or rancid, but noticeable. So I weighed out hurting joints verses the smell. My health won out and I took one in the afternoon and one in the evening for several days. I really don't feel any better, but I don't feel any worse.My biggest concern was aftertaste because I will never take fish oil gel caps again. I took fish oil on an empty stomach once and went for my lunchtime walk. The fish taste came up and came up and came up during my walk. Even after eating my lunch, the fish taste came up after an hours. So I was very concerned about barnyard taste. The PTSD of the fish experience made swallowing these more difficult and honestly, I will probably always have a flash of nightmare when taking any gel cap. Same thing happened when I tried to take flax oil.

My wife has a fish phobia (and, appropriately, a mild fish allergy), and I hate the taste of fish, so we were both delighted to find another good option for getting our Omegas without having to take those nasty fish-oil pills that you taste and burp for half the day. These pills have a faint oil taste but it's not foul. The price is somewhat higher than fish oil pills, but they last so long that I find it an acceptable price. Overall, they have been a great supplement and I will definitely plan to buy again.
