I am a college student that uses my computer all day long, DAILY! I've had this computer about a month and I'm very pleased. I also know quite a bit about computers and ALL the specs matched the description (especially the GPU). I even use it for low-grade gaming and it handles very well. The keyboard feels very good-quality. The screen hinge quality is pretty good to. Not to forget, the screen cleans very easily with lysol. It doesn't get overly hot or loud. The graphics are high-quality and just overall is a perfect fit for me. Again, very pleased with this purchase!

At first, after unboxing this computer, I had issues with missing sound from this laptop speaker or my headphone microphone and speakers not working until it downloaded and installed windows driver updates. After the updates that it needed got installed, thankfully, now I am able to use it for work. So far, I have been enjoying this computer.

I purchased another laptop about a week ago with almost identical Specs Advertised as a 11th Generation i5. When I received and went through most of the Setups for our domain Found it was a 12th Gen My boss is pretty adamant about NOT purchasing 12th Gen due to all the issue with Intel chipsets and slow performance in general. I returned that one and Purchased this one doublechecking it was NOT 12th gen. received yesterday and after initial setups and updates what do I see but it's magically a 12th Generation i5 not What it states in at least 3 places on the product page. I think I am done with this vendor Mistakes I understand but Lying is Not something we will continue to support I have Ran every update from HP's website and this device is working pretty well but still will not purchase from them again.

I bought this HP for the Windows 11 Pro, 32Gb RAM and the 1Tb drive... The Keyboard is nice. What I missed is there is no RJ45 jack to plug in an Ethernet cable for an Internet connection! luckily I have a USB to RJ45 adapter, but it is not the best solution. Not a good notebook for business or home. Also, the screen resolution is very poor. 10 or 15 year old resolution at best. I bought this to replace a 5 year old mid class Asus that has a few problems I am working on, and the Asus is miles above this HP in screen resolution. I would not recommend this HO for the jack and especially the screen resolution disappointment.

So far so good, I haven't had any problems with the laptop, it is as described by the seller. Spped, screen quality are awesome and capacity is amazing! Do not hesitate to purchased.
