These are absolutely the best! They make a great snack handful for a treat or can be used in low/no sugar drinks or baking. Just an amazing product, especially being freeze dried makes them last forever. I wish the manufacturer made an in-between size - but since they don't- I just tuck the canister into the pantry when I get tired of munching on them.

I eat low carb, and typically I'm fine with just meals and maybe a small snack. But occasionally you just want to eat a LOT of something (such as when you are watching a movie and everyone else is eating popcorn). This is what I eat in those scenarios, especially since it has some similarities to popcorn (not in the way it tastes, but in the way it can melt in your mouth if you let it, but if you bite it, it has a crunch). One serving has only 2 gram net carbs, so if you've been good the rest of the day with your carb intake, you could eat multiple servings and it most likely won't be an issue. When I first ate these marshmallows, I honestly thought the flavor was odd and wasn't sure I'd want them again. But I gave it a second chance a few weeks later, and I liked them a lot more. I don't know if I was still adjusting to eating less sugar or if this is a product where you have to try it a few times to like it, but I'd recommend that if you don't like it on a first try, give it a second try, because something may change your mind. When I first ate it, I definitely didn't think I'd buy more, but at this point I've bought multiple of both the larger size container and the smaller size container. I also wanted to note that my child, who does not eat low carb and enjoys sugary snacks, likes these.

I love these dry freeze mallows so much that it's gotten to the point where I'm ordering and going through two of these in a week to a week and a half! The large size containers at that! The flavor is great, the perfect amount of sweetness, and no aftertaste or anything like that. They're great with cereal, snacking and hot cocoa. I count my calories + weigh my food, weightlift, keto for 7 yrs etc. They're not too many calories or carbs per serving so I still lose weight, stay in my proper caloric and protein intake and hit all my nutrient goals! Unfortunately some of my weight loss may be from my wallet becoming lighter ordering these!

10/10. Delicious, sugar free, a bit on the pricy side but if you can attempt to not eat them all in one sitting, you’re good. They’re loaded with fiber to help you feel fuller, so that should help! I will definitely be buying them again. I think they taste better than lucky charms marshmallows and they aren’t filled with sugar.
