Well what do I say? I took the plunge on a purchase from an unknown company. I decided to contact the company with various questions and they responded within an hour which gave me more confidence in the purchase. Upon purchase, they contacted me to let me know my order would be given priority and were in constant contact during the delivery process. Being in Tasmania it took around two weeks, which is quicker than purchasing locally at times. When the item arrived I was extremely happy with the quality of the equipment. It’s so well made! A few more instructions for initializing the device would have been handy, but like most things electronic these days, there is a learning curve and sometimes it’s better to learn by playing around with the unit than just being told what to do. After a day I was up and running. The software is easy to use in its layout and comprehensive in use. The engineers were quick to answer my questions and I was on the way! I couldn’t recommend Smjayu more. Quality product. Quick response to questions, more than happy!

Top notch GPS unit. No more $5k yellow bricks that conck out and no more subscriptions. The software converts directly to DWG DXF SHP and many other formats and works great with autocad.
