These "Gummies" are a GREAT product, that helps me "keep it together", on a daily basis. The flavor is deeeeelicious and so much easier and even fun to take than "hard vitamins". And yes, there are TONS of different types of "Gummy Vitamins", but this is a great way to make sure you're taking your daily dose of vitamins, 'cause they taste sooooo good:).
