Edit: so after my post about it filling with water after my boat sank the company contacted me and sent me a brand new kit. They explained dry bags are not designed for extended periods under water, like 10 hours in the ocean before the boat was recovered. And they made it right with me. I am sealing the new one in a vacuum sealed bag to make sure, if I sink in the boat next time, I'll have a dry 1st aid kit in my life raft! Great customer service, I highly recommend! It looked complete and high quality, but when my boat sank in a storm last month the bag filled with water and ruined half the stuff! Not happy with the "Dry" Bag not being waterproof or having to buy a new kit for my rebuilt boat!
