I was pleasantly surprised!! Previously tried Starkist's product. It has no texture and looked like baby food. The Hereford Taco Filling, on the other hand, is crumbly and the seasoning was perfect. I wanted more heat so I just put a few shakes of Sriracha. I made 2 tacos for my lunch today and they were delicious!! I love this product and have placed a Subscribe & Save order. Thank you for this product. I love tacos and now I can have them whenever I want them!!!!!!

coming out of the package, the taco filling is very unappetizing. But, after breaking up with a fork, and heating up, it looks more like taco filling is supposed to look. While it it tastes pretty good, I was surprised that it was on the mild side. So, I fixed that by adding about a half a package of taco filling to it. But what I don't understand, Hereford cattle were bred in England, and do very well in the midwestern United States. Yet, this comes from Argentina. And because of this, and the supplier in Chicago, the 2 year of sustainable shelf life, is closer to 18 months. Why can't a company in the US produce the same thing?

I enjoyed this. It has a good taste and is easy to use. Tacos, burritos, salad and dips.

I love this, quick and easy

I bought this because ly cooking is currently limited to a microwave. And the first thing out of the pouch was a glob of orange solid grease. I don't know if it's to preserve moisture or simply cheapest to package without draining. It detracts from the flavor. But if convenience or necessity as in my case Mahe this one of the only ways to include ground beef outside of frozen meals in your diet and if you're willing to sacrifice flavor and expend a little more effort without paying the save price for 1-2 cans of cooked ground beef, this will work.
