FANTASTIC
This little unit fixed a major problem! It made my shower head point in different directions and that kept me from adding an expensive door to my shower. LOVE IT!!

Don't panic if you get a leak
I bought two of these shower head swivels because I have 2 shower heads in the same shower that don't quite reach where we want them. We had them installed too far apart, and this would be an inexpensive fix if they work as advertised. When I installed the swivels, they both leaked a little. Because of the photos on Amazon about the o-ring and the shower arm pipe size, I was hyper focused on whether that end of the connection was causing the leak. After fussing with them for a while, I realized my leak was coming from the connection between the swivel and the shower head, not the swivel and the arm where the o-ring lives. So I took a few more wraps with the teflon tape and even though the web site says "hand tighten" I wrench tightened both shower heads to their swivels and now neither of them leaks! I am really happy with how these swivels work and the flexibility they provide in pointing the shower heads. Good, quality and simple construction, and they come with spare everything in terms of o-rings and washers.

Nice!
Good product, nice finish. Unfortunately it reduced the flow to the showerhead a bit, but that may be inherent to the addition of a showerhead swivel adapter, and not necessarily a design flaw isolated this manufacturer.

Great product to fix my OCD
When I had my bathroom remodeled the shower head was pointing slightly to the side and the shower head I installed did not have a way to adjust this. Every time I turned on the shower it water would go outside the tub. I was able to install this and position my shower head perfectly. The primary concern I had was the shower head was really heavy and I thought this couldn't hold it in place. I was pleasantly surprised it had the strength to hold this. It did come with extra washers if you need to make the swivel tighter or lose.

Life Changing
I’m 5’4”, my husband is 6’3” and our shower was perfect for him but I couldn’t get back far enough to keep the water from constantly hitting me in the face. This has made it so I can comfortably shower without having to be pressed up against the back wall. Great range of motion and a very easy install. No leaking so far.

Not worth the money
Piece of junk. Barely swivels.

Solved a shower problem cheaply
As you can see the contractors left us with a little design flaw when they installed our shower. If you put your hand in to turn on the shower you get all wet and I like to wait for the shower to come up to temp before jumping in. So after a couple of months of jumping back quick and getting me and the floor wet and also hiding in the corner while I waited for the shower to get up to temp I decided to do something. I looked at many shower heads on line to find one that might work for this purpose. Instead settled for this $11 widget and it does exactly what I need. I point it at the wall , turn on the shower, & shut the door and I don’t get wet, yet. When the shower is up to temp I hop in and redirect the shower head onto me. Problem solved, hit the easy button.
