Quality product. Been taking this once a week along with a multivitamin. I am a vegetarian and thought this might help tackle my frequent colds. Cannot say this has had an effect. But this is a quality product. No side effects. No fishy taste or smell. Recommended does is once a day. So monitor closely and adjust the dose accordingly.
