It works

Unfortunately this product has not worked for me. I have always snored but my snoring has gotten louder over the last year or so. My husband has started sleeping in the spare room as I wake him up during the night. He assures me I sleep with my mouth closed so the sound is nasal rather than from the throat. I have tried nasal strips, nasal dilators, antihistamines, a dehumidifier etc. none of which work. This hasn't been a miracle cure either. There is no real discernible flavour to this liquid (in all honesty it could be water). The nozzle produces a squirt / stream rather than a mist of liquid which I found uncomfortable - this made my nasal passages wet, and in my opinion a wet nose = worse snoring. I switched the nozzle with my vicks nasal spray which is a mist - I found this more tolerable and it didn't leave my nose streaming - but unfortunately, it still had no effect on my snoring. Might work for some, but not for me.

Not quite sure how this is supposed to work, but it didn't make a difference for me (tried for 2 weeks every night). I'm not a big snorer, only occasionally when I roll temporarily onto my back and I still managed to wake myself once when quietly snoring.

I've been hesitant to try anything like this as not being a medical professional, I don't understand fully the ingredients and their possible effects. However even though my snoring wasn't bothering me, it was effecting my wife, who kindly started letting me know when I was snoring with the odd elbow into the ribs! Having given it a go for a while now, I can say that for me it doesn't fully cure my snoring, but it definitely improves it. My wife tells me I no longer instantly snore as soon as I sleep, and if I do snore later, it's not as severe. I like that the ingredients are clearly published for this product, and nothing sounds too scary to me. It seems more effective after a few days consistent use, but maybe that is just because you get better at making sure you use it properly and get the solution to coat your throat. The product has a slightly salty taste, but nothing nasty and isn't painful to use. It took me a few uses to get used to using. The aim seems to be to get it through your nasal passage so the liquid coats your throat rather than just blasting it up your nose. A side effect is that it helps clear your nose on the way to coating your throat, which probably helps reduce snoring too. Overall for me it definitely improves things, but hasn't magically cured my snoring altogether. I'm happy enough with this that I setup an amazon subscribe and save for it. It's not too expensive, but also reassuringly not super cheap too, so i would recommend trying it out at least once

After trying mouth guards and nose strips and a bunch of other options to improve sleep- bed routines, exercises, valerian root, teas and pillows... I was trying whatever in hopes something would help with snoring and/or poor sleep. I didn't have much hope for what looks like water, but it really did help! It was a bit awkward until I got the hang of squeezing the cap while keeping the end in the right position. Keeping your head back or doing this while laying down works best for me and I don't get any running out my nose. It doesn't spray like a sinus/allergy medication, its more of a drip. That drip should pass your nose and feel like it's running down the back of your throat. It's a little bit thicker than water and doesn't have any flavour or scent. It worked the first night- I finally got some heavy, solid sleep- but initially it felt like it wore off before morning and needed to be reapplied. It also needs reapplied after drinking water but I keep it on the nightstand so it's easy to do without getting up. After a few weeks of regular use it improved even more more, my sinuses are staying clear and it lasts all night with fewer sprays. I've stopped snoring completely and fell asleep on my back a few times too! (I'm a stomach sleeper.) I'm on my second bottle and will keep using it as long as it works, it's far less expensive than other options and only takes a few moments to do before falling asleep. It lets me breath effectively so I fall asleep easier and get better rest. I wish I had tried this sooner!
