Good morning, L. Salivarius cect 9145 is not available commercially. It was use in a couple of studies for research pruposes. Daily's L-Salivarius is made with a blend of stain 90 SD 5851 or LS 97. Is this gluten and dairy free?

l-SALIVARIUS is labeled as a totally vegetarian capsule. However, it contains what I consider (after researching it) to be a potentially toxic or otherwise harmful ingredient. It is "fructooligosaccharide" (FOS). I am highly allergic to any type of chemical sweetener. Upon receiving the bottle, I began taking it and then noticed the "fructo" and "saccharide" words in the ingredients list. I notified the seller but he/she refused to take back the product and refund the purchase. I explained to the seller that the product "description" should post a warning that a capsule contains 100 mg of a chemical sweetener. Another thing.... if it is totally gluten and dairy free, why must it be refrigerated?
