One feature I really like is the Bluetooth calling, which lets you answer calls directly from the watch without taking out your phone. Poor Feedback for Fire-Boltt Smartwatch I ordered the Fire-Boltt Ninja Call Pro Max on 16 October 2025, and within just one week of delivery, the touch screen stopped working. I immediately tried to raise a complaint by calling customer care, but despite long waiting times, no executive picked up my call. Later, on 6 November 2025, I registered an online complaint. After that, the company informed me that a reverse pickup was scheduled for 16 November 2025. I kept following up through emails, but for 3-4 months there was no positive response. Finally, on 13 March 2026, I received an email saying that my watch had been repaired and was being dispatched. The watch was delivered on 14 March 2026, but now a new issue has appeared — the watch is not charging at all. I am extremely disappointed with Fire-Boltt. This is the second time I have faced such problems with their products. Three years ago, I had a similar incident, and clearly, the company has made no improvement in their system. I strongly suggest that no one should purchase Fire-Boltt products. Their service is unreliable, and they are misleading customers.

Good overall smartwatch with useful features, but battery life could be better. The Fire-Boltt Phoenix Ultra has a premium design and a comfortable fit. The display is bright and responsive, and the fitness tracking features work well for daily use. Bluetooth calling is smooth and clear. However, the battery drains a bit faster than expected when using continuous health tracking. Overall, a great watch for the price with good functionality and stylish looks.

I have given this watch 3 stars because in this price range this watch Cinta They are not giving the option of contact which I felt could have been a side effect and the chain quality should also be improved.
