Do it!
Worked great! I used it to clone it as a webcam for my work laptop so we could play Jackbox games. The HDMI went in perfectly. High quality audio too. I would choose UGREEN over some other brands because it has proven to be a whole lot more reliable and worth the money. A little latency, but not too much. Haven’t tried it in my streaming setup yet though.

Just works
Used to capture video from my Sony A6000, works great, don't notice any input lag. I was able to plug it into my computer and it just worked, super easy to use. Video quality is also great.

Nice 1080p-60hz video capture card for USB-A or USB-C
Works as intended for both USB-A and USB-C. It works out of the box, no additional software/driver is needed. Do keep in mind, if you use it through USB-C connection, you may want to keep the other part supported. Otherwise, there will be too much force exerted on the USB-C connection.

Ok but may need streaming video software
I used this in conjunction with video image interconnection software, another adapter so I could connect an Apple iPhone 11s lightning port to an Apple iPad Pro usb-c port and stream video from the iPhone to the iPad while traveling. It did the job but required third party software which I tried 3 products before finding a compatible product for video streaming. So 4 not 5 stars.

All my meeting now in 2k resolution
I have meeting online almost daily. With Webcam is not gonna work with their tiny sensor. But with Sony mirrorless camera I bought this ugreen capture card now my costumers can see more details with real optical zoom the product they ordered. I highly recommend this product with its high compatibility with any hdmi source and the quality of build and easy of use just plug and play no software needed. All my friends now happy with my video quality.

Great for casual use
I bought this as I like to keep my Nintendo switch on my desk and wanted to be able to stream from it. Using OBS to capture the inputs and “projecting” it to a standard 16:9 monitor I’m able to play my switch with no noticeable input lag. Big fan of ugreen products.

Pris pour utilisation d'un metaquest et le transfert est très bon. Belle image. Malheureusement il n'y a pas un connecteur usbc supplémentaire pour charger l'appareil.

数年前に購入した、製造元も分からないようなHDMIキャプチャーボード（1500円くらい？販売ページ削除済み）がモノラル音声入力だと今更知り、買い替え。 元々HDMI分配器は持っていて単にキャプチャーできれば良かったので、パススルー機能なしを購入。 結果として昔使ってたそれよりも画質音質共に良く、値段相応だなと…。 ただ遅延はビビるほどあるので、分配器を持ってなければパススルー機能が付いている方を買ったほうがいいです。単にスマホの画面を録画するくらいなら分配器は不要ですが。

edit: I ordered a Google TV Streamer, so kept this VCC to try on that device, and it works perfectly, but not at all on my firestick - weird. So, changing from 1 to 5 stars, as the issue seems to be with the firestick, not the capture card. Displays the UGreen Logo OK, but then nothing. Same on 2 laptops. My $4 Temu one works OK, but this $40 UGreen one is now in the bin, so much for paying for quality!!
