Good primer doesn't clump
Product goes on white. Ice used this for a while I put mascara on straight after applying this I dont get any clumping. My go to primer

I thought this would be clear but it is actually white. However, I found it strengthened/lengthened my lashes before putting my mascara on. So overall pleased!
