I love the concept so much that I was thinking to write it on my own before I discovered it

Perfect for reading one phrase each day and going to the work or gym with other feeling

These quotes are insightful. They are perfect for seeing the world differently. As a teacher, I would start a class with at least three of them. They are good for meditation and reflection. Also, they promote fearlessness, patience, and optimism. The only problem that I have with this book is that it is too short. I wish that it had more quotes. Nevertheless, it is still a great book.

You could basically just google those quotes. For me i didn’t understand the hype and would not recommend it to others.
