This mat is really comfortable and thicker than I expected, which makes a big difference for my knees and lower back during workouts and stretching. It stays in place on the floor and doesn’t slide around, even during longer sessions. I like that it rolls up easily and the carrying strap makes storage simple. It’s a little bulky compared to thinner mats, but the extra cushioning is worth it. Overall, it’s a solid, no-frills mat that gets the job done.

I love that it’s thick for my morning yoga flow. Easy to travel with because of the black elastic belt. I loved it because it was reasonable in price but so cushioned.

Arrived quickly and as advertised it is a nice thickness at 1/2” for yoga. I am a senior and like the extra cushion for my knees. Great blue colour as well and no smell.
