Brilliant, does the job needed. Quite frustrating to understand at first as this was my first tens machine. I'd recommend using an AI search to help you understand each function and how to use this if you're new to it too, as the instructions aren't too clear and contain a few typos. The weight is very light, battery life is pretty good too. I use it between 2-3 times per day as and when needed which is most days or every other day and charge it once a week or less, depending on use. The sticky pads which come with it were good quality. Having the 4 channels (being able to have 2 pads per body part, then treat 2 body parts - such as abdomen/pelvic area as well as back or all 4 on different parts of abdomen, as I do for endometriosis pain) is brilliant and amazing value given it has 4 channels with built in settings. I've used the tens setting mostly, I did have a quick try of the Ems and 'massage' ones but it felt quite similar to the tens, although I'll admit I probably need to try it more. Very convenient to carry in a bag, ideal if you need to use on the go also due to being rechargeable. Really helps to use it as I'm doing an activity or task, as well as when resting or not moving. The connector wires are very sturdy and aren't easily pulled out - I've even had an unexpected hug from a Labrador which didn't pull them out (I think it pulls the tens pad first before it would come loose at the plug in) and also walked past a door handle and gotten caught many times and it seems robust. I genuinely couldn't go without this now as a tool for pain management. I just wish the brand sold more ailment specific pads if anything and we're easier to contact about pads questions but maybe I've also missed this when it's obvious on the page. I find it also helps with things I didn't realise it would, such as proprioception. I struggle with hypermobility and having this on gives my body a "feedback" for where things are. I also just enjoy the sensation/find it soothing and find it helps for things such as dissociation and mental health difficulties related to feeling "out of body", via the distraction of the sensation and also the feeling of being more present (these were things I wasn't expecting to experience, but are handy helpful side-benefits I've found, I'm not sure they would work for everyone but I've found it helpful for this). The only other thing if anything I'd note for feedback is I wish there was an option for setting the timer to one hour to avoid needing to restart it each time, but I know this is for safety. Very good feature also of the machine stopping/resetting if you click the a/b or "m" for mode or "f" for frequency, for safety reasons if this is a concern for you. But overall well rounded piece of equipment and affordable enough that it's worth trying. Thanks

With 28 modes and dual channels, it allows for targeted therapy on different areas like the shoulders, neck, back, and muscles. The 8 electrode pads provide excellent coverage, and the upgraded color screen makes it easy to adjust settings. This is a great unit you can use at home. It's compact and portable. It has different modes and strengths. The screen is easy to understand and the controls are intuitive.

Does a good job. Not very sophisticated with the usual pidgin English instructions. Not 100% intuitive. Provides a reasonable signal although most of the levels are so aggressive as to be unusable.

Really great to sooth pain, really easy to use, really effective, great price, would highly recommend !!

This is fab. I’ve never used a tens machine before but boy should I have done years ago. I suffer with a bad back and in pain daily, this helps ease the pain when it’s unbearable. I also have adenomyosis and this tens machine helps when used on my stomach too. It looks nice and is easy to use and perfectly sized to keep in your bag to have on the go and has backlighting too. It has multiple settings for all needs including knees, back, stomach etc The battery life/power is good. It includes a couple sets of pads too. I use it for 45 mins at a time and have used it multiple occasions and only required charging once. Would highly recommend.

This actually surprised me, decent compact machine that packs a punch, good battery life, solid, lots of settings, comes with little travel case
