I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on your platform. I received a faulty product, which includes the following issues: Touch screen not working Touchpad completely non-functional Frequent system hangs The condition raises serious doubts about whether this is a new product, as advertised. To make matters worse, despite returning the product or raising a complaint, my refund is still pending, effectively holding my money without justification. This feels like a scam — selling defective products and delaying rightful refunds. This is unacceptable from a platform of Amazon’s reputation.
