I was skeptical about sticking something in my nose to help with snoring but these actually work. The silicone is really soft and flexible so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable once it’s in, and it doesn’t pull or irritate my nose hairs either. I noticed right away that I could breathe easier and I didn’t wake up with that stuffy feeling. My partner says I snore way less now too which is a win for both of us. It comes with three of the same size and a little box to keep them clean which is great for travel. It did take a couple nights to get used to the feeling but now I barely notice it. Definitely worth a try if you struggle with nasal breathing at night.

It's a cash grab product. Terribly uncomfortable and logically ineffective. "Let's add MORE blockage to the interior of the nose to give you better breathing." I've tested many, many different kinds of nasal airway products and the only product with significant success is Intake Breathing mag therapy band, then purchasing $20 worth of mag therapy stickers to last you 6 months instead of their $29 a month subscription. You're welcome.

They fall out pretty easily for me...I move around a lot though

Much less intrusive than he cheap tube vents, but don't work as well, but do stay in my nose so it's a clear winner. I've been wearing these for an hour now after getting them and my nose does not hurt at all, also they do not slide out of place. I'm tired of getting drunk and waking up to my vents on the bed and my uvula enlarged from snoring (still waiting on good healthcare to get surgery)

I’ve been using this nasal dilator for a while and it has made a big difference in my sleep quality. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to clean, and really helps open up my nasal passages. These did not work for me. I tried a couple different sizes, but they all made it harder to breathe at night.

Ease of use: 1st night I wore it, it was slightly uncomfortable. But after that day, I wear it comfortably. Just insert and adjust into your nostrils. Functionality: It really works for me, have been sleeping better. My congestion doesn't affect my sleep anymore. Portable: Package contains a small black case for easy travel.

I wanted to like this so bad. I know that this cannot be made with harder plastic because that would make it uncomfortable but this is too flexible and does not hold its shape at all. I was hoping to be able to use this as the nasal strips irritate my skin if using for multiple days in a row. Unfortunately this did not work for me. The design is good it is just that it is too flexible. I wish there was a way to return to get my money back.
