I received a replacement today, but the item has the same internal scratches, coating defects, and residue as the previous one. It appears to be either used or a returned item sent again as new. This is the second time I receive a defective unit!

Fantastic shower filter! Easy installation and highly effective. Noticed a change in water quality almost immediately. Even better that it seemed to improve water pressure a little. Most importantly it filtered my hard, chlorinated, mineral filled tap water. Not sure how long before I have to change the filter. It's been a few months and still working. If you have multiple users, take a lot of showers you may have to change more frequently. Noticeable change in skin and hair with use of this filter. Less dryness or residue. Shower walls and doors are more easily cleaned without the spots or residue. Highly recommend. Have recommended to neighbors and they are happy too!

I moved into a building 2 years ago and noticed my hair getting stiffer and stringier, especially in the winter’s . I didn’t put it together with my water quality as I have a filter for my drinking water, but not my shower. I finally realized it was the hard water from the shower. Got this filter as it was straight forward with 3 step filtration. As soon as I showered I could feel a slight difference in the water quality. My hair was noticeably softer and my skin not as dry. I’ve had this for around 2 weeks and with each wash my hair is returning to its former glory. I should note that I dye my greys as well and hope that this will prolong the colour of the dye instead of washing it out as I’ve been experiencing. I would highly recommend this product. It was easy to install and comes with an extra filter as well. Excellent price point for what it’s done.

Não filtra nada, não houve nenhuma melhora, inclusive ficou ainda pior porque depois que coloquei esse filtro, meu rosto empipocou, minha pele está descascando, deu feridinhas no meu coro cabeludo. Eu tô muito preocupada inclusive com isso

Not sure how much any of these filters actually filter, but the build is good, and at very least it traps limescale that otherwise in our region clogs up the showerhead in few days. It has got a bit of space between filter and water inlet, so it traps big chunks there and doesn't drop the pressure. I couldn't use their small netted O-rings for the inlets, as those impede water quite severely.

I've suffered for so many years thinking that it's extremely expensive to get a water softener for the shower, but with my terrible eczema I was really getting desperate. Thought I would try this for the terribly hard water in my area. I wish I would have found this 20 years ago. Easy install and noticeable difference even after I had two showers.
